Tracy is the Founder and Lead Consultant at M8 Solutions and a respected figure in healthcare technology, with over 30 years of experience delivering digital solutions across both the public and private sectors. With more than two decades working directly with the NHS, Tracy has built a reputation for solving complex challenges through practical, outcomes-focused innovation.

Throughout her career, she has led transformative projects, from some of the earliest patient and staff WiFi implementations in the NHS to large-scale digital programmes supporting operational efficiency, data management, and frontline service delivery. Her deep understanding of NHS environments, both culturally and technically, means she delivers solutions that are not only effective, but truly fit for purpose. As a woman leading in a traditionally male-dominated field, Tracy brings a rare blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and commercial acumen. She is known for her integrity, straight-talking style, and client-first mindset, often serving as a trusted advisor to senior NHS stakeholders navigating digital transformation.

Cyber Security Specialist

Tom brings over 20 years of experience in Networking and Cyber Security, including six years at an acute NHS Trust where he served as Lead Network Architect and later as Chief Cyber Security Officer. Prior to this, he delivered cyber security and infrastructure solutions across IT, Public Service, and Defence sectors, with notable contributions at Calyx Group,Surrey Police, and Northrop Grumman.

Tom specialises in developing and delivering cyber security strategies aligned with NHS organisational goals, regulatory compliance, and the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) under the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF). He works closely with NHS England and leads on proactive Cyber Alert management and incident response.

At M8 Solutions, Tom oversees cyber security strategy and operations managing risk, monitoring incident handling, and product evaluation. He regularly briefs NHS IT leadership and committees, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. His strategic leadership and hands-on expertise make him a key asset in protecting NHS environments from evolving cyber threats.

Automation Specialist

Ben is a seasoned Automation specialist with deep expertise in Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, and NICE RTI. He has delivered large-scale automation initiatives across both public and private sectors, including the NHS, Digital Workforce, Blue Prism, Fidelity International, and Capgemini UK.

Ben's strengths lie in designing and implementing scalable, cost-effective Automation solutions spanning process discovery, solution design, governance, Agile delivery, and operational optimisation. His structured approach to cost-benefit analysis ensures high-impact automations with strong ROI.

Certified as a Blue Prism Professional Developer and UiPath practitioner, and holding a BSc in Digital & Technology Solutions, Ben combines technical excellence with strategic insight. He has advised NHS Trusts on automation governance, best practice, and long-term Automation adoption, and brings hands-on experience managing over 100 live automations.

At M8 Solutions, Ben leads the Automation function, empowering NHS teams with sustainable, high-value automation. He also supports capability-building, introducing Agile delivery models and mentoring teams to drive lasting transformation and stakeholder engagement.
